Mark has been a trainer on 5 day mediator training courses run in Kuala Lumpur and Manchester. He has also been a trainer on one day “introduction to mediation” courses for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIarb) and a speaker at courses run by the RICS.He runs an annual half day “mediator surgery” on behalf of the CIarb NW branch and the Association of Northern Mediators. For a number of years he has been one of the organisers of, and presenter at, the Civil Mediation Council annual one day conference.
Mark offers a bespoke one and half hour training session on ‘how to get the best out of the mediation process” to law firms and barristers chambers.
